Battle Fantasy

Black Tonic is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns a random Onyx Card.

While held Spawns a random Onyx Card upon entering a new floor.

Slot Machines and Fortune Telling Machines have a 33.33% chance to spawn a random Onyx Card when they are blown up by an explosion.

Tinted Rocks have a 50% chance to drop a random Onyx Card, and Super Secret Rocks have a 50% chance to drop 2.

Causes some card related items to spawn/use Onyx Cards when picked up or used (check the Synergies section).
